・200g of Takahara Hinai Chicken thigh meat

・Vegetable set

Cabbage, chrysanthemum, green onions, shimeji mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, konnyaku noodles, grilled tofu

・Takahara Hinai Chicken Meatballs

・Rice porridge with free-range chicken eggs

Condiments

Homemade ponzu sauce, green onions, and grated maple leaves

・Homemade custard tart
